Given the nature of our items and as an incredibly small business with a Kintsugi mindset, we have an all sales are final, no refund policy. I do make sure that all items have insurance and tracking for any unforeseeable issues, and I will work to make sure that your experience with my store is excellent. We are basically the equivalent of an online Rummage sale or Art Sale at your local Art School, than a Walmart superstore. I hope that this is understandable.
