Woohoo! W.W.M.S.A.C Magical Shoppe is Open!

Since I am hoping that this event and this store will be successful and reach people, I need to take a moment to address some possible questions that may arise.

My name is Jetty Kircher and this is my website. Currently I am completing all tasks related to this site 100% on my own. From the descriptions to the photo editing to the web design, all of it. I am a Glioblastoma Multiforme survivor, which if you have the misfortune of knowing GBM firsthand then you know why this is a REALLY big deal. I also have very bad Fibromyalgia so my brain no longer knows how to process pains and sensations properly and oh, and I have undiagnosed ADHD.

I work constantly on the nonprofit I run; I want to make a difference in the world. I want to spread art and love and really push to survivors and caregivers that there is a life after cancer diagnosis that can still include art. You’ll find my name on everything related to the nonprofit, but what you won’t find is a big paycheck coming to me. When I make money on my art, I give 50% of it back to the nonprofit. I take a $50 a year stipend that I usually spend on art supplies for making things for the nonprofit.

I worry that people who do not know my charity will be bothered that I fundraise on my website or that I have not moved over the nonprofit to a viable way to do this activity yet. I am very transparent in our finances and stress for literal months over the taxes to make sure I do them correctly and that they are linked and open to the public. Were a 501(c)3 not for profit, so we serve you, the public.

Sorry for the long-winded post, I thought I should post something on opening day that explained why I will be hosting our 10th Annual Fundraiser Benefit here on September 30th instead of on the nonprofit website. I would leave comments on but I am immediately inundated with SPAM posts from a foreign country telling me about selling me a new iPad or some fancy shoes! 😛

Store Quick Facts:

I ship via USPS Priority mail with tracking and insurance.

I try to re-use my subscription and fancy boxes to share the cool designs as much as possible

Sadly, due to the nature of our products and donation specifications, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible, so I can find a way to make it right.

I like to pack and ship orders as soon as possible, and have orders scheduled for pick-up within 48 hours if possible. If there is an issue with your unshipped order, please do not wait to contact me, as I have probably already started packing it. That’s the ADHD part of me ^_^

Every item on my site is extremely limited in stock. Most items only have one available and once it is sold out, I will not be able to restock it.

All Magical Art will be imperfect and beautiful, if you are looking for perfect creations with no flaws, this is not the site for you.

I donate 50% of all money raised to the Ending Cancer in Our Generation charity, except when fundraising for the charity, 100% of money raised during fundraisers is donated even when completed though personal accounts.

Note on Shipping Issues from 04/2021

UPDATED: Shipping MAY be fixed. I have fought with it for a few more days and I THINK I may have fixed it!

Please note:

IF you want all the pins, please buy the whole pin set, as shipping is less with their calculator.

Just in case Shipping breaks/is still breaking I will leave my notes below:

“After a complete month of fighting with the programming and finding out I would need to pay $69 for the first year and then $140 the next year in order to even get the option to get help since Woo Commerce is a free plug-in. I know I am not the best programmer but there is literally no reason why shipping from Ottawa to Ottawa for a 10 oz. USPS Priority Mail test shipping box should cost $25 and to Hawaii is only $29! I have now wasted this whole month that I could have been spending fundraising either being sick or fighting with shipping. Point is: I am finally giving up. Every purchase will need to have its shipping costs adjusted and it will be refunded upon shipment. I cannot apologize enough for this inconvenience, but I am apparently not smart enough to use the free store plug in. “Much Love, Jetty

P.S. Sorry the product pages look so bad. I cannot get them to fix. 🙁

Welcome to my *finally* Uncensored Art Site

“Any book worth banning is a book worth reading.”

― Isaac Asimov

Hello,

My name is Jetty and this used to be a detailed, fancy, properly programed art portfolio for a 3D artist who was desperately seeking a job in the gaming world. Now, this is a hodgepodge of my art and my fundraiser work with my nonprofit. It will be evolving as the days go by since for the first time in my life, I am doing the two things that I have always wanted to do: make art and make a difference in the world. I spent countless hours meticulously censoring my personal site to try to hide my survivor status for 16 years. Most people I have worked with only found out about my survivorship either on my Cancerversary when I make mini cheesecakes, or after my 90 Day grace period is over. I have even been ghosted by jobs when they have connected my nonprofit work with my application and by proxy my own cancer status i.e., more sick days, possibly more accessibility issues, higher insurance premiums, etc. people see dollars over other people.  However, at this point, after everything that has happened to me and all the discrimination I have faced over the years, I have decided to fully embrace my own truth and make art that I enjoy making. Then, if others also enjoy it, that is fantastic, and we can both help make the world a better place together. As I type this, I am currently experiencing some pretty bad side effects to my vaccine, even 8 days later, so it is taking me much longer than anticipated to get this over and done. I am going to end up paying for 2 hosting services again because even moving over a WordPress site to a WordPress site and setting up a plug-in-based shopping app have proved too much for me. ☹ I am working on it everyday I promise. Here’s hoping a beautiful store will be open soon! Thank you for all your support over the years. I truly, truly appreciate it so very much.
